We nurture the development of strong
athletes and leaders through
participation, sportsmanship and
discipline. As a complement to the
academic curriculum, the sports
programme increases students’
physical and emotional fitness,
creating young women who believe in
themselves both inside and outside
of the classroom.
Our athletes are given many
opportunities to grow and improve.
We offer students a variety of
winter and summer sporting codes,
all taught by a team of highly
qualified coaches. Students can
participate at all levels in each
sporting code, ranging from
leisure/novice to competitive
leagues.
The sport offerings include, but are
not limited to:
Aerobics
Dance
Karate
Sports Conditioning
Volleyball
|
Athletics
Fit for Life
Netball
Tennis
Yoga |
Cross Country
Hockey
Soccer
Touch Rugby

We promote healthy competition
through the House structure. Each
student is assigned a House. Every
term, or sometimes more often,
sporting events are held and the
competition is organised by House.
There are four Houses represented by
African animals and colours:
Amabhubesi - The Lion - Yellow
Mangau - The Leopard - Green
Izindlovu - The Elephant - Blue
Ditshukudu - The Rhino - Red
